7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the programming provided in your personal training program, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of your first billing or payment.

This guarantee applies only to the initial enrollment and first billing cycle. It does not extend to subsequent billings, renewals, or additional services purchased after the initial period.

Refunds are available solely if the dissatisfaction is related to a poor coaching-athlete fit, or the programming content (e.g., workout plans, exercise routines, or training structure). Other reasons, such as personal scheduling conflicts, changes in health status, or external factors, may not qualify for a refund unless required by law.
